Design an LNG ice breaking ship

To transport Liquefied Natural Gas from Yamal LNG, which is located in the Arctic and constitutes one of the world’s biggest LNG projects, Total and its partners have designed a new type of ship: an LNG ice-breaker. Aker Arctic was a designer of Outline Design and made Vessel Performance Evaluation for the series of 15 ships that will be build in the period of 2016 – 2019.
